If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can take advantage of our 100% money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase. For subscribers in the EU or the European Economic Area, local law entitles you to a full refund within 14 days of your subscription start date. This 14-day period begins as soon as your subscription is activated. Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will process your refund without undue delay, typically within 14 days. Please note that Qwrit will not issue refunds in cash. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund. Please be aware that, generally, all charges for purchases after the 14-day period are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
If you exercise your right to cancel, please note that you cannot cancel an order for the delivery of digital content if the order processing has already begun, with your explicit consent. This means that purchases, such as access to our platform’s content creation tools, are final and non-refundable once processing starts.
